Barista (Sales Advisor) - Glasgow

Job Introduction

We’re now looking for an enthusiastic Barista and Sales Advisor to join our store team.

This is a role with variety — you’ll spend most of your time behind our tea bar, creating delicious drinks and engaging customers with tastings, but you’ll also step into the retail side to support the wider team when needed.

You’ll need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, key trading days, and during our opening period. We require availability of a minimum of 3 days. You must have previous barista experience. 

 What You’ll Do

• Craft exceptional drinks on our tea bar, bringing our blends to life for customers

• Deliver warm, confident service and help every visitor discover their perfect brew

• Proactively engage customers, offering tastings and personalised recommendations

• Support the retail team with tills, stock replenishment, and keeping the store looking its best

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a welcoming and smooth-running store

• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and busy trading times with a can-do attitude

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be great in this role if you have:

• Previous barista experience in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing role
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable style
• Confidence working under pressure while maintaining excellent service standards
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and busy trading days
