Please note this role requires 3 days minimum working in our Offices. During probation this will be 4 days for induction and training purposes.

As a Junior Management Accountant, you’ll be responsible for:
- Sales Ledger and Debtor Control
- Cash Flow and Bank Reconciliations
- Supporting the Financial Accounting Manager in finalising monthly management accounts, including balance sheet reconciliations.
- Posting journals for sales, margin information, accruals, prepayments, and nominal corrections.
- Analysing variances against budgets and forecasts and ensuring robust control accounts, particularly for cash and debtors.
- Assisting with the annual budget process, from initial drafts to final submissions.
- Compliance and Audit Support
What We’re Looking For
- Recently completed (or predicted 2:1 or above) in a relevant degree such as: accounting and finance, economics, business management with finance, mathematics.
- Internship, placement year, or part-time work in a finance environment is desirable
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
- Experience in cash management and ledger reconciliations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- A proactive and flexible team player who can adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to learn quickly and retain information effectively.
- Desirable - Part-qualified and actively working towards CIMA or ACCA.
