CAN I JUST EMAIL YOU MY CV?

We'd love to make it that simple, but we can't accept applications via email. Here's why:

CAN I APPLY FOR MORE THAN ONE JOB?

Absolutely. We'd welcome you to apply for every role that catches your eye. But here's the thing, we'd recommend having a proper think about which positions truly match your skills and where you want your career to wander. Then apply for the ones that feel right. Quality over quantity, as we say about our blends.

I'VE RECEIVED AN EMAIL LETTING ME KNOW I'M UNSUCCESSFUL BEFORE I COMPLETED MY APPLICATION. WHAT HAPPENED?

We know this feels a bit backwards, but here's what's happened. Our system automatically checks certain essential criteria as you go, and unfortunately you haven't quite hit the mark for this particular role. That's why you've received this email. Think of it as our way of not wasting your time. 

If you're still keen to join our world, we'd suggest stepping into our customers' shoes for a moment. Have another look at your answers and consider what you might brew up differently next time. While you won't be able to reapply for this specific role, there'll be other opportunities that might be a better blend for your skills and experience.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMING MY APPLICATION'S BEEN SUBMITTED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Don't worry if this happens more often than you'd think. If you suspect your application went through but there's no confirmation email waiting for you, simply log into your account and have a peek at your profile. You'll be able to see whether your application actually made it through, and if not, you can submit it from there.

Worth checking your junk folder too as sometimes our emails wander into the wrong place, much like tea leaves that escape the strainer!
